AN online calculator telling Colchester residents what benefits they are entitled to has been launched.
Colchester Council’s revenues and benefits section of the colchester.gov.uk website has been updated in an attempt to get more people using it.
The more claimants who use it instead of visiting or ringing the council, the more money will be saved.
In October, new online benefit application forms will be introduced, for people wanting to make a new application for housing or council tax benefit.
