Job Title: Front Office Receptionist / Advertising Administration

The Role:

* The role offers a variety of different tasks including:
* Taking calls from customers both over the phone and face to face.
* Booking notices and advertisements both directly and over the phone (to include some cold calling over the phone).
* Assisting both colleagues and customers with queries and requests.
* Completing general administrative functions as required.
* Till work
* Maintaining a high level of customer service ensuring the needs of customers are foremost.

The Person

* A friendly approach to both colleagues and customers.
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
* Competent keyboard skills
* A good team player
