Stone-throwing yobs are terrorising a new housing estate.
Disabled Alfie Cowan is one of a number of people in Balkerne Heights in Colchester whose life is being made a misery by troublesome children.
The 51-year-old's window was smashed last week and his home was pelted with stones again at the weekend.
Sgt Brian O'Donnell, of the town centre policing team, said: "We are aware of the problem and are addressing it with the use of PCSOs patrolling the area."
