Please use us! That is the plea to residents in Harwich and Dovercourt who are being told their tourist information office is for them as much as for tourists.
Harwich Connexions Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is next to Morrison's car park, Dovercourt.
It has been there since 1997, but is not used often by residents. Jacqui Howells, manager, said: "We are perfectly placed now on the road from the port for people coming in and out."
