Lost budgies have a liking for actor Giles Watling.
Giles, of Holmbrook Way, Frinton, said: "I was sitting on the beach hut on the Walings (at Frinton), minding my own business when it landed beside me and hopped on to my finger."
Temporarily Sky, as he has been nicknamed, is living in a converted hamster cage.
Giles's wife Vanda said: "This has rather spooked Giles, as it is the second time that this has happened to him. About seven years ago, a budgie landed next to him in our garden, and Lucky ended up staying with us until his demise."
