WITNESSES are being sought after a teenager was sexually assaulted at a Colchester bus stop.
The girl was sitting waiting for the bus between 4pm and 5pm yesterday in Head Street when a man approached her and sat next to her.
He made her feel uncomfortaable so she got up to walk away and he acted in a lewd manner toward her.
A 29-year-old man from Dovercourt has been arrested and released on bail until August 19.
Witnesses are asked to contact Pc Michael Pannell at Colchester Police Station on 0300 333 4444.
