A man has received an ASBO for intimidating residents in a Halstead street.
Daryl McMahon, who lived in Halstead but now has no fixed address, received the two-year anti social behaviour order for his aggressive and threatening conduct in Parker Way.
Police told Colchester Magistrates’ Court yesterday McMahon’s behaviour had affected the residents’ quality of life.
Under the order he is banned from using threatening, abusive or insulting words to anyone other than those he lives with, assaulting, threatening or intimidating anyone and from entering Parker Way.
