ALL things English will be on offer at Colchester’s information centre on St George’s Day this Friday.
From 10am to 1pm, people are invited to mark the occasion by sampling scones, Wilkin & Son’s strawberry jam and fresh cream at the VisitColchester Information Centre, Queen Street.
The centre will also be hosting an exhibition of local artists and craftspeople whose work forms part of “The Colchester Collection”.
Anyone spending more than £15 in the centre before April 30 will be entered into a prize draw for a weekend break including dinner and breakfast at the Ramada Hotel, on the doorstep of Constable Country and the Dedham Value.
