Can somebody please tell me what has happened to the Post Office and Royal Mail?
In the past two weeks, I have had three letters go astray.
The first one was posted March 25 and not received.
Then three were posted to Colchester, and one to Germany, on March 31. The one to Germany arrived, but the other two didn’t.
Where do they end up?
