May I reply to the letter headlined: “Playing Politics With Your District”
(April 4)?
I was at the Harwich Town Council meeting when the LV18 and its planning application came up for a base at the quay and the vote was four against and four for, and I was the last to be counted on the vote, making it five for this to go ahead.
It was then taken to Tendering, where you have read the outcome.
It’s about time Lawrie Payne and others told the truth about what they want for their town.
