THE entrepreneur behind multimillion-pound plans for Southend seafront has bought up the town's oldest nightclub.
Lou Manzi, 60, owner of Talk nightclub, in Lucy Road, has agreed to sell the nightspot and neighbouring Bar Bluu to property developer John Remblance for an undisclosed sum.
Mr Remblance runs JBR Leisure, the firm behind ambitious plans to redevelop the former Dizzyland site, off Marine Parade, Southend, and the surrounding area.
