Kirsty Firman, 9, of St Vincent Chase, Braintree, has been selected to dance in the performance of Sleeping Beauty at the Gordon Craig Theatre, Stevenage.
The Great Bradfords County Junior School pupil is now spending hours rehearsing her steps before the opening show at the end of March.
Performing runs in the family as her twin sisters, seven-year-olds Jessica and Louisa, were last year seen bouncing on big Christmas puddings for the BBC.
Her proud mother, 37 year-old Julie, said: "To get chosen for something like this at such a young age is really quite an achievement."
