A PUBLIC meeting to discuss plans for a radical shake-up of cancer care services in Essex will take place in Southend on Monday.
The meeting which will take place between 2pm and 4pm at Southend Civic Centre, in Victoria Avenue, is the last of three public meetings in south Essex. Others have been held in Thurrock and Basildon.
