Colchester United's greatest FA Cup legend Ray Crawford could barely contain his excitement on hearing the U's will be playing Jose Mourinho's Chelsea millionaires in the fifth round.
The runaway Premiership leaders beat Everton 4-1 in a fourth-round replay last night.
"It doesn't get any better than this," said Crawford, two-goal hero of the U's epic 3-2 FA Cup win over then uncrowned kings of Europe Leeds United 35 years ago.
Unfancied Fourth Division United's shock result rocked the football world back then and Layer Road icon Crawford believes Phil Parkinson's current day U's - the form team in the country - are well-equipped to pull off an even bigger shock in west London in ten days' time.
Former England international and Ipswich Town star Crawford said: "If you are a Colchester United player this morning you must be riding high on top of the world.
"Going to Stamford Bridge to play the star-studded reigning English champions and the best team in the land is what dreams are made of."
