ARRANGEMENTS have been finalised for a live music extravaganza in Thundersley next month.
Four bands, three of them from Castle Point, will play a concert at Runnymede Hall to help the Castle Point mayor's charity appeal.
The concert is the brainchild of Benfleet resident Roger Hare, who is working closely with wife, Jude, and mayor Godfrey Isaacs on the project. Mr Hare said: "Knowing quite a few people in local music, we thought we could try running a concert.".
The Castle Point bands playing are Streetlife, Beggar and My 9 Lives.
Tickets, priced £10, are on sale at the council offices, off Kiln Road, Thundersley, and also at Crocketts, High Road, Benfleet.
