A luxury house builder is celebrating after being presented with a third award for a development in Harlow.
The CALA Homes 'Cala Domus' development at Newhall in Harlow took home an award for best external design from the 'Your New Home' organisation.
Commenting, judge Ben Derbyshire, director of design at the London firm of HTA architects said: "Domus is talked about as a contemporary housing development in a location where mainstream developers would normally have deployed the standard product."
There are 74 dwelling in the Newhall development with a mix of houses, apartments, maisonettes, linked and detached houses and duplex and triplex flats.
Prices at the Cala Domus development start at £295,000.
CALA Homes was awarded What House? gold awards for best medium sized housebuilder and best home for the Cala Domus development.
