Essex rail operator 'one' has teamed up with Chelmsford's Anglia Ruskin university to fast track three business students into work
'One' has agreed to sponsor up to three students on business and management courses each year.
Students will have their tuition fees paid throughout their studies and will be offered seasonal work with 'one' over the summer break.
Graham Webster, university senior lecturer said: "The 'one' scholarships represent a fantastic opportunity for students at Anglia Ruskin university to complement their academic studies with 'hands on' practical business experience."
Depending on how their studies progress the students will be offered a work placement with 'one' at the end of their course. They will need a minimum 2:1 level degree in addition to a satisfactory and performance record.
