SOUTHEND'S National Three South slump continued on Saturday as they slid to a third successive defeat against Westcombe Park at Warners Bridge.
This latest reverse leaves the Seasiders seventh in the league table and director of rugby Kevin Harman was rightly unhappy.
"We let ourselves down during the first half and paid the price," said Harman, who handed a debut to new wing signing from Barking Lloyd Williams.
"It's fait to say we played som good rugby after the interval, but it was too little, too late by then."
