The alternative centres that are expected to house Braintree Clinic's services when it closes can be revealed by the Gazette.
The clinic in Coggeshall Road could shut in April and health chiefs have moved to reassure patients that all services will be moved to other centres in Braintree.
Witham, Braintree and Halstead Care Trust spokesman, Norma O'Hara, said services are to be moved to St Michael's Day Hospital in Rayne Road, a new children's centre at the former Chapel Hill Primary School and The Gables in Bocking End could also be used.
Under the plans, chiropody, dentistry along with adult speech and language therapy are earmarked to move to St Michael's Day Hospital from Braintree Clinic.
All services for children, including a drop-in centre for pupils, paediatrics, a bed wetting clinic and a development nursery, will move to the new children's centre.
A decision over where to move the family planning service has not yet been made but will be moved to either to St Michael's Day Hospital or The Gables.
