Dean and Joe Bull, took over The Billy in West Street, Harwich, five years ago. At the time they set themselves a project to raise £10,000 in five years.
With their last fundraising effort, they have managed to raise £10,280. Now the couple want to say thank-you to the community which dug deep and helped raise the cash.
Mrs Bull said: "People have been very generous. We want to thank all those people who have donated money."
Charities and causes which have benefited from the pub's fundraising efforts include the Harwich Maternity Unit, Children in Need, RNLI, the Poppy Appeal and Cancer Relief.
