A CANVEY woman is celebrating winning a county slimmer of the year award after shedding six stone, despite a battle with cancer and a miscarriage.
Hayley Black, 31, from Castle View Road, lost the weight in 12 months and was presented with the Slimmers World Woman of the Year award after spending the past year going to classes at Smallgains Hall.
