Southend rugby club begin another season in Division Three south with a trip to North Walsham tomorrow as boss Kevin Harman strives for another solid season.

"We don't want to put pressure on ourselves but if we play the way we can every week then we are going to do well," he said.

"We would love to win the league - every team will say the same - and I'm not saying that isn't possible but as long as we play to our potential then I can't complain."

But the Warners Bridge side immediately face a stern test as they take on a North Walsham side who finished third last time around and are again expected to challenge for the honours.
