A VICAR has told of his anger at vandals who sprayed graffiti on church buildings.
The Rev Graham Steel was shocked and upset to discover the damage done at the rear of St Peter's Church, in Eastbourne Grove, Westcliff.
The tag name Hek was scrawled across outbuildings often used by scout and guide groups.
The vandals also wrote religious and political statements including "love thy God" and "bomb your city, not Iraq".
