A breakfast banquet was gobbled up by pyjama-clad youngsters - all in aid of a good cause.
About £70 is to be donated to Children In Need after pupils at Whitmore Infants School in Basildon put on their nightwear and started the day with a feast.
Tesco Extra, Sainsbury's and McDonald's provided cereals, apples and milk for the charity bash.
Even teachers at the Whitmore Way school were seen in their nighties as the mammoth breakfast was served up.
Teacher Glenda Whitcomb said: "It went really well and was a lovely start to the day. We did the same thing last year in memory of Princess Diana and youngsters took it upon themselves to make donations. We thought it would be nice to make it an annual thing."
Ford also donated £20 to the cause.
