Byfords Food Hall, in Eastwood Old Road, Leigh, had the Carling Premiership Cup on show yesterday.
Southend United players Barry Conlon and David Whyte were on hand to help raise money for Little Haven children's hospice in Thundersley.
The fundraising day came after a World Cup promotion to raise money for the hospice, which gave shoppers the chance to win a football signed by Gary Lineker.
Butcher Robert Byford said: "I am absolutely delighted with how the day has gone and I am going to ask Carling if we can have the cup back next year."
