A man has been bound over to keep the peace for a year after he got involved in fracas about car parking near his home.

Kevin Everitt, 37, of Byrne Drive, Westcliff, got into a row with workers of the nearby branch of the Royal Bank of Scotland, Southend magistrates were told.

They kept taking spaces near his house and he had nowhere to park his car.

Southend Magistrates Court ordered Mr Everitt to keep out of trouble for 12 months otherwise he will have to forfeit £200.
