It may only be open for a few days - but champion charity fundraiser Joyce Long is hoping her latest venture will bring the quids rolling in.
She has opened a new charity shop in Church Road, Thundersley, and will be trading until Saturday.
The shop is raising funds for Southend Hospital's Ear, Noise and Throat Laser Appeal.
Joyce, pictured, said: "This machine is able to detect and remove the smallest trace of cancer. The hospital needs £68,000 to get one."
Over the years Joyce has raised £140,000 for charity.
