Police have named the man killed when his car collided with a tree in Willows Green near Felsted last night.
Graham Stone, 34, of Goldingham Drive, Braintree, died after his silver Ford Fiesta was involved in a collision with a tree as he drove along Main Road towards Friends Green at about 8.30pm last night.
An Essex Police spokesman said Mr Stone received serious injuries and was certified dead at the scene of the crash.
Bocking traffic police are appealing for witnesses and anyone able to help should contact them on 01376 330722.
