Newborn chicks and a fairground organ brought in the crowds despite the threat of rain during an Easter family bonanza.
Barleylands Farm in Billericay welcomed hoards of animal lovers to its family weekend of fun.
Little Daniel Lock got a close up look at Derek Legg's fairground organ before walking around the farm and meeting all kinds of animals. Children went on horse and donkey rides, so there was no chance of getting bored.
Visitors saw the new blacksmith's shop, crafts, bouncy castles and tractor and trailer rides.
