Chelmsford Enterprise Agency held another successful Women in Business seminar this month.
The seminar was on stress management, time management and confidence building, sponsored by Barclays Bank.
Carmel Briggs gave a lecture on relaxation, visualisation technics and how to deal with a busy schedule efficiently and effectively to make your business smoother.
The seminar was well received by all the participants that attended.
The Women's Enterprise Centre is dedicated to assisting women who are considering self-employment and those already in business, giving free advice and guidance from female business advisers and running seminars on a regular basis.
