Give us a twirl - that's the message for Sarah Evans (left) and Melanie Smy, the dynamic rhythmic gymnastics duo from Basildon's South Essex Club, after they had won a silver medal in the senior ribbon duet in a major competition in Northampton.
The pair had to work together on a ribbon exercise set to music which involved throwing the ribbons to each other and catching them at the same time while they kept dancing.
