A schoolgirl was robbed in a Colchester street by a woman and a skinhead.
The 15-year-old was walking along Hickory Avenue on the Greenstead Estate when a woman snatched her gold necklace.
Following the attack, at 3.20pm on Saturday, the pair ran off with the £190 gold chain and horse pendant.
Det Sgt Roger Napier, of Colchester police, said the girl was shocked but uninjured.
The woman being sought by police is described as in her early 20s with brown shoulder-length hair. She wore a light blue puffed jacket.
