Colchester United are expecting their biggest crowd of the season when Ian Wright rolls into town next week.
The former England striker, who signed for Burnley from Scottish giants Glasgow Celtic earlier this week, is still a huge draw and ticket sales are reported to be "going through the roof" for the U's meeting with Burnley on Saturday, February 26.
The U's play Stan Ternent's promotion-chasing side a week on Saturday and Wright, 36, is expected to be in the line-up.
Club spokesman Brian Wheeler said: "The ticket office tell me it's been so busy it's like a matchday.
"The Ian Wright factor has had a huge effect on ticket sales and they've gone through the roof. I've already sold all the corporate hospitality.
"He's still a big name and the gate will definitely be more than 6,000. Burnley have already sold their allocation of 1,200 and the message to U's fans who want to see the game is to get down to Layer Road quickly."
