Rochford Casuals hockey club were looking good for a win against title-chasing Upminster but allowed the visitors to fight back for a share of the points.
With Upminster desperate for a win, two goals from G Hastings gave the Casuals the lead going into the second half of this Crowe Insurance League Division Four South East game.
But the visitors battled back with two goals in the dying minutes to ensure the draw.
