All Saints bell ringers rang in the changes and entertained at St Peter's Court Nursing Home, Maldon last week.
Manager Linda Foster is moving on to become a nurse adviser and taking over her role will be Penny Heap.
A new deputy manager, Angela Briggs has also been appointed.
