DJ Ray Spiller has proved he is a number one music fan - by collecting every chart topper since 1952.
The avid fan has ploughed thousands of pounds into his hobby and is now running a successful music business with his rare tunes.
He launched his search four years ago, scouring record shops, boot fairs and charity shops around the country.
Mr Spiller, 46, of Bretons, Lee Chapel North, Basildon, now boasts a complete set of number one hits - even up to this weeks chart topper Pure Shores by girl group All Saints.
He estimates his collection has set him back about £4,000 over the years.
