Soccer-mad youngsters have taken the half-term holiday as an opportunity to brush up on some of their skills.
Colchester United's Football in the Community team have been holding courses throughout the week.
Head coach Steve Downey led an advanced course at Shrub End, Colchester, while other youngsters took part in sessions at Witham's Bramston Sports Centre and at Harwich Sports Centre.
