Heybridge Swifts look set to take on Runcorn for a place in the FA Umbro Trophy quarter-finals without Nicky Hayden and Nicky Simpson.
Both players are rated as "very doubtful" by manager Liam Cutbush after both picked up ligament injuries.
"I will have to take a look at the situation but at the moment it's not looking good for either of them at the moment," said Cutbush.
"We will definitely need players who will be able to give 110 per cent on Saturday, I can't take a gamble over a player's fitness at this stage. The league is still our priority.
"Saturday gives the players a chance to go out and express themselves and to enjoy the game without the pressure of having league points at stake." he said.
Good news for Swifts' fans is that Christian McClean who missed Monday's defeat at Hendon will be fit for the game.
