Castle are this week's Sceptre League kings after winning through to the semi-finals of the Essex Sunday Junior Cup.

They took on Harlow-based Broadley Athletic in the quarter-finals and won on penalties after a 5-5 extra-time draw.

Barnard grabbed a hat-trick for Rangers with their other goals coming from Mansfield and Harper.

In Section B of the Spring Trophy, Oldland was the goal trio hero as Old Shoebury won 5-2 at Porto.
