Clacton's synchronised swimmers are among the best in Essex.
Lindsay Mann, 19, has just become Essex champion for the fourth successive year and two of her Clacton Swimming Club colleagues will join her in the county squad.
Runner-up in the championships held at Dagenham was 16-year-old Sarah Davies, while Sophie Martin, 14, finished a creditable seventh.
Clacton's seniors also scooped first place in the team competition with their latin-style routine which was choreographed and coached by Lindsay.
And youngsters Rosie Finney and Sarah Austin, both ten, finished second and third respectively in the novice section.
The Clacton novice team took third place.
