A disabled youngster left without vital therapy after thieves stole her bike was today smiling again thanks to generous readers.
Four-year-old Annlease Summerfield suffers from behavioural condition Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and needs her bike to help improve her balance.
The theft sickened her father Andrew, 32, of Dewsgreen, Vange.
He quit his job three months ago to ensure his youngster got the round-the-clock care and attention she needs.
His daughter, along with her two-year-old sister Holy, was today back on two wheels after a number of readers offered to help out.
Mr Summerfield said: "I never ever expected this kind of response."
Thank-you - Holy and Annlease on the new bikes readers helped provide after theirs were stolen
