DIVISION ONE

NewLodge edged closer to the top of the table after Sunday's convincing 5-1 win over Danbury.

Danbury took an early lead via Nick Reeves goal but Lodge then replied with three goals before the break from Mark Brown, Neil Wood and an own goal.

In the second half Lodge made all the running and added a further two goals via Matt Rose and Karl Baldwin to take them into second place.

Selcombe Athletic andWhite Ursa battled out a 2-2 draw.

Lee Hill put Selcombe ahead before Kevin Ratcliffe equalised.

With 15 minutes left Lee Osbourne netted to put Selcombe back in the lead and looked to have clinched a win, but Wayne Petchey had other ideas and equalised with five minutes remaining.

Matt Baker scored all of the four goals that helped Great Baddow to a 4-2 win over Checkmate .

Baddow went into the break with a 2-1 lead and stayed on top in the second half.

Matt Stenning and Andy Jackson were the Checkmate scorers.

After being a goal down at the break, Arun Athletic recovered to beat Willowbrook 2-1. Micky Kerr and Aaron Page netting both the Arun goals.

DIVISION TWO

Duke Street continued their climb up the table with a 4-1 victory over Checkmate Reserves.

The game was all square at half time, Chris Bye netting for Street and Danny Scott for Checkmate.

In the second half Chris Bye added two more goals to complete his hat trick and Chris Lucas netted a fourth goal to give Street the points.

Worbouys put five goals past Wallis .

All the 'Bouys goals came in the first half with Glen Foskett (2), Joe Figg, Paul Dexter and Tim Figg on target. Adam Flack and Anthony Shipman netted for Wallis in the second half.

Gallow United remain unbeaten after a 2-1 win over Gloucester Avenue .

Jonathan Lowe gave Gloucester a half time lead but Gallow came back in the second half and goals from Joe Webb and Darren Matthams sealed their win.

DIVISION THREE

With a 6-0 half time lead it didn't look like Chelmer Village Athletic needed to score any more goals in their game with Barrack Square but they did, to win 10-2.

Alan Robertson led the way with four goals followed by Grant Willis (2), Alan Acres, Dennis Wilson, Lee Wells and Lee Cahill.

On target for Barrack were Andrew Barker and Alex Ware.

Danbury Reserves netted four goals either side of the break to give them an 8-0 win over Ravens .

Steve Stammers scored all of the first half goals while Mike Cory, Rob Hallet, Gary Judge and Peter Newton goals completed an emphatic win.

Prince of Orange beat ECC Staff 3-1.

An own goal was added to by strikes from John Dunn and Craig Fenning to give the Prince a comfortable interval lead, and the Staff's only consolation was Steve Chynoweth's late goal.

Writtle Manor beat Galleywood 3-0, Dean Read (2) and Mark Root the scorers, while Chelmbrook Lions and Uplands Rangers drew 1-1, Andy Bullen netting for Chelmbrook and Andy Laker for Uplands.
