Colchester United fans will have to pay more to watch their team in Football League action at Layer Road next season.
The club revealed on Thursday that an extra £1 is being added to admission prices across the board with the exception of concessionary tickets which are frozen at this season's prices.
Details of the various packages are not yet available, but season ticket holders will be able to take advantage of the annual discount.
Season tickets purchased before June 12 will be discounted. After this date supporters will have to pay the full amount.
U's boss Steve Whitton said: "It's only the second time in five years we have put the admission prices up. Compared to every other club in the Second Division we are still the cheapest."
New Stevenage Borough manager Steve Wignall has confirmed he has signed former U's midfielder Steve Forbes until the end of the season.
Wignall, who brought Forbes to Layer Road from Millwall three years ago, said: "Steve is a very talented lad and when he's fit we all know what a good player he can be."
