Billericay Sub-Aqua club are celebrating a windfall from the Lottery awards scheme by holding a try-dive course at Lake Meadows swimming pool, Billericay.
The organisation was awarded £4,500 by the Lottery's "Awards for All" scheme and is particularly targeting members of the disabled community for the course on May 7 (4-7pm).
But everyone is welcome and there will be trained instructors on hand to help out beginners. Call chairman Peter Harvey on 01245 475 419 if you want to have a go.
