Horton is goal-den

Steve Horton has helped the SEEVIC College soccer team step up to a pivotal position in the Central League Division One of the Southern England Students Sports Association this season.

As a centre forward his goals have proved crucial and, together with his team, his positional play has made him an invaluable key member of the squad.

As well as his footballing prowess, Horton is studying A levels at SEEVIC and is combining both parts of his curriculum well. This has been reflected in Steve successfully gaining college sponsorship for the Festival of Football competition in Skegness this year.

This was rewarded when it was announced that they had won all three sections - junior, senior and overall.
