Fed-up residents living on part of a housing estate plagued with building problems are due to meet their landlords tonight to discuss a long-term maintenance plan.

The 84 properties are on part of Billericay's Queens Park estate and were built about ten years ago.

Paul Dawson, of Tavistock Drive said: "The floor in my front room is like a trampoline and there are cracks in the walls."

The meeting will take place at 7pm tonight at Brightside Junior School, Rosebay Avenue, Billericay.
