Three pubs and a golf club bar were targeted as a burglar crept through a crime spree last Friday evening.
The burglar got away with £130 after walking into the staff room and rest areas at the Dukes Head Pub in Laindon Common Road, Little Burstead.
At Burstead Golf Club in Tye Common Road, Little Burstead, £900 was stolen from a room above the club room.
Two Southend Road pubs, The Duke of York and The King's Head were also hit when again cash was stolen from staff areas.
