Martin Weatherley, 17, from Springfield, Chelmsford has recently returned from a two week fishing holiday in France during which time he became a record breaker.
Martin, who works for Brentwood Angling, caught five carp over 20lb, five carp over 30lb, the largest being a mirror carp of 37lb 8ozs, and to top it all he broke the lake record with a catfish of 48lb 4oz.
