A lorry shed its load of bricks as it went round a busy roundabout.
The truck was driving round Spring Lane roundabout, Colchester, at 1.50pm yesterday (Wednesday) when the load slid off on to the roundabout.
Essex Police spokeswoman Kim White said: "The lorry went one way and the bricks went the other. The council were called to clear them up which they did by 4.15pm."
She said it was not necessary to close the road to traffic.
