A Health union is due to publish its alternative plan for the future of Essex Ambulance Service.

Unison has commissioned the campaigning group London Health Emergency to help it produce a report which will address the service's plan to close 12 stations across the county.

It will published on Friday.

Essex Ambulance Service NHS Trust says it will consider the document in its consultation over plans to shut the stations and deploy emergency vehicles from 27 strategic locations.
